Over the past few years, eating out has become more fun thanks to the appearance of restaurant weeks in many cities across the country. These events, designed to generate business for local restaurants, typically occur once or twice per year in participating cities.
Local restaurants are given the chance to impress potential new customers, and continue to please loyal patrons, by participating in their city’s restaurant week. Restaurant menus are often specially created in a prix fixe style, providing customers with the opportunity to sample different sections of the menu. These special prix fixe restaurant menus are often deeply discounted from their normal prices, creating another incentive for customers to support restaurant week.
